Refund & Cancellation Policy

I know that life doesn’t always cooperate with a calendar. This page lays out, plainly, what happens if you need to reschedule or cancel — and what happens on my end if something goes wrong.
At a Glance
Full refund, or a free reschedule to a new slot — whichever you’d prefer. Just write to me with your booking ID.
I’m able to offer a reschedule to a new slot, but not a cash refund at this point, since the slot was held exclusively for you and couldn’t be offered to anyone else on short notice.
The session is considered complete, and no refund is given. If this happens for the first time and there were genuinely unusual circumstances, write to me — I’ll always hear you out.
If I’m unable to make a session — whether due to a technical issue, an emergency, or any reason on my side — you’ll always receive either a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice. No exceptions.
If you’re charged more than once for the same booking, or a payment fails but the amount is still deducted, the extra amount is automatically refunded by Razorpay. If you don’t see it reflected within a few days, write to me with your payment reference and I’ll look into it personally.
Because a reading is a personal, one-on-one service delivered in real time, I’m not able to offer a refund once a session has taken place — the same way a doctor’s consultation or a tutoring session isn’t typically refunded after the fact, even if you wished it had gone differently.
How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
Reach out through the contact form on this site, or message me on WhatsApp using the number shared in your booking confirmation, with your booking ID and what you’d like to do. I read and respond to these personally, usually within 1 business day.
How Long a Refund Takes
Once approved, refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
